Epic Paw Mobile Terms of Service

  1. By engaging with our services and clicking ‘Submit,’ you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from Paw Zone Mobile for service updates and important information.   2. Paw Zone LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect the information necessary to provide and improve our services, such as your name, contact details, and preferences. Rest assured, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you regarding our services. For further details, please review our full privacy policy.
  3. For grooming sessions that involve matted fur that needs to be cut to a very short length (3mm or less) you will need to explicitly request this service and will be provided with a consent document to be signed before we perform this short cut.
  4. Understand that the use of flea shampoo does not guarantee that your pet will not be 100% free of fleas post grooming session. You understand that the use of flea shampoo is also not considered or promised to be a treatment for fleas. Adding flea shampoo is an additional service which is subject to a charge of $15 or more depending on the circumstances.
  5. If your pet has a medical condition of any kind, this needs to be discussed with us before the appointment. The same applies if they are older dogs.
  6. We reserve the right to deny services to pets with medical conditions. We ask that if your pet has a medical condition of any kind, to inform us before scheduling an appointment for our services so that we may determine if our services are right for your pet.
  7. For all cat appointments, it is mandatory that cats be transported in a carrier from their residence to the grooming van.

  8. Despite communication and acceptance of grooming services for pets with disclosed medical conditions, Paw Zone LLC assumes no liability for any issues that may arise before, during, or after the grooming session. This includes, but is not limited to, exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions or any unfortunate incidents resulting in injury or fatality. Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the health and well-being of their pets before, during, and after grooming services, and absolve our grooming service and its employees of any liability in such cases.

  9. In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the grooming provided, we offer refunds of up to 50% of the service fee. However, this applies only in situations where there is no feasible opportunity to rectify the issue by revisiting the customer’s location.

    • Customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the aspect of the grooming service they found unsatisfactory. Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, a document will be sent to the customer for signature.

    • Refunds are subject to approval based on the nature of the complaint and the evidence provided.

  10. If we are unable to groom your pet for any reason outside of our responsibility and control, a 50% payment will be collected.
  11. We will apply an additional charge of up to 25% of the original estimated cost if your pet’s behavior during their appointment makes the process of grooming more difficult for our groomers. This same upcharge applies if we determine that your pet is overdue or if their fur coat is matted.
  12. You understand that no other persons except for our groomers are allowed to enter or be present within the grooming vehicle while grooming is in process.
  13. Payments are to be made on the day of appointment, immediately after grooming has been completed and while our groomers are still present at your residence. We reserve the right to charge an additional $25 late fee for each day after the appointment where payment is late.
  14. Pets that have been neglected need a very short haircut oftentimes (3 mm hair left or less) when their hair is matted. It’s the groomer’s discretion to determine the condition of the hair. You need to explicitly request this short cut and a document has to be signed.
  15. Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so is subject to a 50% payment.
  16. By booking our services, you grant Paw Zone LLC full rights to capture, use, and share photos or videos of your pet before, during, and after the grooming session. This content may be used on all social media platforms, websites, advertisements, or any other promotional materials.

    Paw Zone LLC retains full ownership of all media content and may use it for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes—including monetized content—without compensation or additional consent. If you prefer your pet not be featured, please let us know before your appointment.

  17. We don’t give any food to pets during grooming unless provided by the owner.
  18. If a haircut is required for your pet, washing needs to be included as well for sanitization reasons.
  19. We reserve the right to reject services to anyone.

Epic Paw Mobile Terms of Service

By using our service, you hereby agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). The terms are a binding legal contract between you and Paw Zone Mobile LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our groomers”.) Please read the Terms carefully before using any pet care and grooming services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by us. Your use of the Services means that you agree to be bound by the Terms. Do not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.

  2. For pets that are overdue for grooming or have matted patches within their fur, it is possible that our only solution will be to cut those areas shorter than your desired length, which would be approximately 3mm or less (roughly the length of a grain of rice.) It is at the discretion of our groomers and only our groomers to survey the condition of your dog or cat and decide if such short cutting is necessary. We do not offer de-matting services as de-matting can potentially be a painful and potentially traumatic event for your pet. We advise owners of double-coated dogs to check with us before the procedure as they may be exempt from this policy under certain circumstances.
  3. If our groomers determine that your pet’s fur coat displays matting across most areas of their body, it will in most cases need to be cut short across the entire coat. With such extreme matting, we cannot provide the option to only partially shave certain areas due to the health risks it could pose to your dog or cat. It is up to our groomers’ discretion to determine if the fur coat on your pet’s head can be left longer after this treatment.

  6. You understand and agree to allowing up to a one-hour time frame for our groomers to arrive after the established time schedule for your pet’s grooming services. If you need a more specific time frame, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of such.
  7. We reserve the right to deny services to dogs or cats with aggressive behavior or those that can’t be handled safely. If your pet has a history of nipping, biting, scratching, clawing, or any other aggressive behaviors, we require that you contact us immediately (must be informed by day prior to scheduled appointment) to determine if your pet can use our services.
  8. We reserve the right to deny services to pets with medical conditions. We ask that if your pet has a medical condition of any kind, to inform us before scheduling an appointment for our services so that we may determine if our services are right for your pet.
  9. We will apply an additional charge of up to 25% of the original estimated cost if your pet’s behavior during their appointment makes the process of grooming more difficult for our groomers. This same upcharge applies if we determine that your pet is overdue or if their fur coat is matted.

  11. We are unable to provide any food or treats to pets during grooming unless they are provided by the pet owner.
  12. Understand that if your pet requires a haircut during their grooming, washing services will also need to be included due to sanitization reasons.
  13. Payments are to be made on the day of appointment, immediately after grooming has been completed and while our groomers are still present at your residence. We reserve the right to charge an additional $25 late fee for each day after the appointment where payment is late.
  14. We request that notifications of service cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time. Failure to do so will subject you to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the original amount for requested services.
  15. For customers that live in more rural areas that are far from the downtown area of their city or the main freeway (3 miles or more) may be subject to additional fee of up to $25 to cover travel expenses of our groomers.
  16. If we are unable to offer our grooming services to your pet for any reason that is outside of our responsibility and control, you will be subject to pay a fee of 50% of the original amount of the requested services.
  17. We reserve the right to reject services to anyone for any reason within local, state and federal laws.
  18. For all cat appointments, it is mandatory that cats be transported in a carrier from their residence to the grooming van.
  19.   20. While we offer flea shampoo as a service to help eliminate fleas on pets’ bodies, this doesn’t guarantee 100% effectiveness. Flea shampoo may not address underlying infestations in the pet’s environment or prevent future infestations. We do not offer treatments or warranties that guarantee the complete eradication of fleas.
  21. In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the grooming provided, we offer refunds of up to 50% of the service fee. However, this applies only in situations where there is no feasible opportunity to rectify the issue by revisiting the customer’s location. Customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the aspect of the grooming service they found unsatisfactory. Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, a document will be sent to the customer for signature. Refunds are subject to approval based on the nature of the complaint and the evidence provided.
